POSKY 747-200

Featured Replies

I've been meaning to make this post for a couple of days now. I always like to acknowledge teams for great work... The POSKY 747-200 is one of the best projects I've seen! The 747-200 is an aircraft I am very fond of. I've easily flown over 100,000 miles in them, mostly transoceanic, although my last flight on one in '94 was from Dulles-SFO. To this day I am amazed how something so large could fly, and with such a strong safety record considering the billions of miles the entire fleet has flown. I also well remember my first flight on one, in 1980 while I was in College.... I felt like I was King of the skies...Anyway, thanks to ProjectOpenSky for another outstanding release....!!! I've already relived my SFO-Narita-Guam flight from years ago. As soon as a TWA livery comes out, I'll take a shot at some of the JFK-Europe flights I've taken :)-John

i'll 2nd that, John. the Opensky team has done it again. a beautiful release of a classic airliner. personally, i'm looking forward to a United Friendship repaint to relive some of my flights on her.chris

I third it! POSKY has been making excellent freeware aircrafts for along time. I really love their 757 and since they are asking for donations now, I gave them one when they released the 747-200 as I find it very loveable too!Cheers,Jim
