1.3 Patch?

I noticed 1.3 has been released.Is there a Patch for 1.2 -> 1.3 or are we supposed to re-download the entire file again?Please tell me there's a patch...

Hi,I didn't see a patch, although I do remember reading that patches would be available from 1.2 forward. Looks like another five hour download, I better get started, better yet I'll setup the download and go to bed.

Oh Lord....Seriously? They need to release a patch. Downloading 9GB or whatever it is size is silly.

Downloading 9GB or whatever it is size is silly.
Well.... If they are doing core changes to the engine, it might be necessary for them to use this kind of update system.
