wave surges in water

I have always noticed that the water in fs9 displays a wave type of surge. The texures look great but will surge into a blur every couple seconds. I just installed Real H20 and it is beutiful !! but I still seethe surges. It would be nice to see a constant texture. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas on how to stop the surges. ( all settings are maxed )regardsDoug

I think it's just an fs9 thing, doesn't matter what textures you have or how high your settings are.Regards
