In the Cameras.cfg file in AppData, I have set InitialZoom = 1.0 for the virtual cockpit camera definition.002. However, when I start a flight, the zoom is at .60. What is wrong?

Try setting it to .30I believe that is the lowest zoom any view will tolerate.
