I have never seen such a thing in any picture other than the one you reference (show me a picture of a real aircraft please...) it certainly doesn't exist in any of the iFly models. Such a display would only appear (if ever) in an old style CRT display while warming up...DJ

Interesting. I would agree however I saw the same thing in a real 737, but forgot how it was done. It might not be real, though...
