March 27, 201214 yr HiI had a problem with ASE not starting up properly and started a new support ticket. During the process I purchased a full version of ASE rather than the upgrade from ASV6.5 via the ASA routingI just want to say thank you to both Joshua and Damian for their very fast response and another full install copy of ASE.The situation was resolved by removing the temporary files in the application folder.I also appreciate the refund on my purchase of the second copy of ASE but as I said in my response to Joshua I would have not had problem with paying again after 5/6 years of real pleasure from Active Sky.Well done chapsJohn John Hewson
