That is not an error message. I forget if it has a yes/no or an ok, but whichever it is, say yes or ok. It will check if your system already has those redistributables, if your system has them, it will not run them. But if your system does not have them, then it will try to run them (it might prompt you before it starts to run each of them, so you need to say yes/ok)
