I very much appreciate PMDG's consideration to port one of their aircraft addons to X-Plane.

 

My question regarding this: Whatever plane PMDG is going to port to XP, are you going to consider adding a weather radar to it?

(if the real plane has one, of course)

 

My understanding of PMDG's position regarding weather radars so far was that they won't do them because they cannot be done properly in FSX. But if I remember correctly, Austin Meyer said that X-Plane's weather engine allows to make a weather radar for it.

X Plane has a weather radar by default.

It's a matter of customizing it by altering the images to suit the aircraft.
