FSX 2D panel with CaptainSim gauges using FSPanelStudio

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

I want to create a 2D panel for the CS707 for FSX. I have a good main panel bitmap. Tested a few VC gauges and found them to work fine when added to this 2D panel bitmap. Tried positioning the gauges using the demo version 22737 of FSPS. Get message that gauge does not exist. Is there a way to make this work ?

I will buy the full blown version if it I can at least position the gauge outlines...seeing them fully in the editor would be a bonus...

Will FSPS save the positioning even though it apparently cannot read the gauges correctly ?

Thanks

I often get problems loading the bitmaps of certain gauges - I just use the wireframe outline of the gauge to place it. They show up fine in FS.

Hope this helps,

Great. I can live with that. Will go and get FSPS.

Check Options -> Preferences. Ensure that "Resolve Gauge DLL Dependencies" is checked.
