April 10, 201214 yr Anybody have any good bush flying routes for Alaska ? Working on some new youtube videos would like some good routes.
April 10, 201214 yr Anchorage to Deadhorse, Deadhoirse to Barrow, Barrow to Nome, Nome to Unakaleet, and then back to Anchorage in the DC-3. Bill Alderson
April 10, 201214 yr Juno to Skagway and on to Wood Lake Research Station using Glacier Bay freeware scenery. I usually fly Milton Shupe's Beech 18 in cargo configuration or the Carenado C185
April 11, 201214 yr Yeah, I have the C185 too, with the tundra tires. Love that plane! ;) Bill Alderson
April 11, 201214 yr Yeah, I have the C185 too, with the tundra tires. Love that plane! ;) It is excellent - I love it too. So are the Pilatus PC6 Porter from FSD and the DO27 from Digital Aviatioin/Aerosoft. All are outstanding in terms of both visual reality and flight modelling... STOL heaven! For overall immersion, the DO27 wins my vote, but all three are among the best FS9 products available Cheers Ian
