April 17, 201214 yr Author Thanks Ray Initially it was giving me a 404 error code each time, then later sending me to the AS Support forum - I assumed it was going to a 'post' not the general forum. Glen Glen

April 17, 201214 yr Author Hi Ray Really appreciate your help, but all this does is take me back to the original 'Pinned' post in the RC Forum. I have flushed the system out with CCleaner, but the links are not taking me to a helpful post. I'm having a problem with RC not getting the destination ATIS even with all the latest files, can you help please :help: Glen Glen

When I go to the link Attention ASE FSX Users and click on that link I also get redirected to The Unofficial Active Sky Support Forum. I suspect these old links are permanently broken after the forum rebuild. As for helping you with the ATIS problem I'm still running FS9 / ActiveSky 6.5 on XP so I'm afraid I can't. It really needs someone running FSX and ASE to assist. I'm sure the solution must be out there otherwise this forum would be inundated with messages. Ray (Cheshire, England). April 17, 201214 yr Author Ray I'm sure the solution must be out there otherwise this forum would be inundated with messages Trouble is with these broken links, I can no longer find them. I've tried Google but some of the Avsim links no longer work. If this has been sorted perhaps JD could put a Sticky of the correct procedure when using AS2012 and FSUIPC to get the ATIS Metar. Thanks again Glen Glen
April 17, 201214 yr Moderator Hi Glen, You've probably already done this but I Googled Active Sky and FSX and found the Hi-Fi ASE Knowledge Base. Might this link help? It's a few months old though. http://support.hifitechinc.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/14/0/stuckinvalid-winds-in-aseas2012-when-using-fsuipc Ray (Cheshire, England).
