A bit of a quibble with AS2012 weather data

Just how current is it?. Lately I have been monitoring real world ATC and the weather details being transmitted to pilots often bears little relation to what AS2012 is providing. For example the date/time of the metar currently displayed for YSSY in AS2012 is 290130Z but today is the 25th (my understanding is that the first two digits are the day of the month), the current time is 0638Z some five hours later than 0130Z and the wind in the metar is18015KT very different from what is being reported by the YSSY tower at present which is 27016KT.

I have also wondered this, I also notice the ATIS at YBCG and probably other airports dramatically changing within minutes from broken to clear sky, hardly realistic have logged this to see what the go is here, you may need to open a support ticket also as you will get a much quicker response of late, cheers
