@pfpeter - tell him to read the manual.

 

The crux is you have to be very precise with what you say and how you do say your commands and the sequence when to say what is very important. Maybe in further update FS2Crew is able to make it more "intuitive" although it is exactly the sequence which airlines are using. And more phrases for the commands could be helpful. I do not know if this is possible but it could help not having to speak the exact phrase it we are in stress moments.

As an all time xplane user I like this software with the PMDG NGX it is an very interesting approach to the cockpit behavior of airline pilots.
