Re-Install of all my PMDG Aircraft

I'm at present doing the above with all of my PMDG aircraft on a new hdd and 64 bit Win7 Pro. I started with the JS41 but I'm getting a message that informs me that the re-activation count has reached maximum (incident # 1581-1643822). How can I resolve this problem? Thanks.
