how do i get a gps in my panel i need to fly from tenerife to heathrow

Why?

This is not that kind of sim with this jet.

If your preferred way to fly is direct gps then PMDG is not for you. Go back to default.

There is a way to program the FMC to let you fly direct but it's too much to teach here, maybe somebody else will.

If you want to learn to fly like a pro then read the documentation and follow the hundreds of tutorials on YouTube, etc..

FOUND OUT HAVE TO EDIT PANEL.CFG

 

AND ALSO MY AUTOPILOT KEEPS PITCHING MY PANE UPWARDS SO I STALL A LOT

You're welcome to use it as a toy is you please, but it wasn't developed that way, so if you want it to work properly, you'll have to put in at least a little effort.
