I have a big problem with my ngx, today my flight KMIA/ KSFO in cruise at FL340 i had CMD A turn off. when i see the CDU page aircraft failure is active but i never asked for that

Some improper actions might result in failures even if turned off. Violent control movement while AP is on is one of those actions.

still the same problem today, I use FS2Crew 1.3 when I ask the first officer set course and frequency, failure appears on the CDU, photo attached, flight destroyed result, can not return to manual, the aircraft is uncontrollable

Mishandling of the aircraft. You taxi too fast in corners, or land nose-first. Repair, be more careful next time.
