Don't know about that one, but I used several times the update from Mr. Sors without issues http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html

 

 

Edit: I took a look at the package, and it comes from Mr. Sors too, so I think it's a new package with graphic interface to install the same files I linked before

Please, read carefully the included pdf, especially where it shows how to modify the fsx.cfg or the map view in FSX to avoid crashes.

I didn't know it before.
