Issues with EZCA Camera...

Featured Replies

Hi all...

I got the King Air a little while ago and have been having an absolute blast throwing it around! Great airplane and very good simulation of the real thing.

I set up a number of EZCA camera presets, some in the VC and other in the external view... all of which worked perfectly until I installed the new updated version of the C90B... the version that now comes with P3D option.

Now, whenever I chose a camera in EZCA, ALL views are from the VC... even those I had set to be external. Ezca still displays the camera name, but it also says Virtual Cockpit and of course, parts of my airplane are missing in the external view due to it being the VC model displayed.

If I select the various external views from the FSX views menu, it's fine... but EZCA isn't working with the new update.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!

That is strange.

I use EZDOK cams as well. Didn't loose anything when updating with the patch. I know it doesn't give you a solution. But you know it is not a global issue. Should you try to to do a "save as new profile"

so you can create a new set without loosing your work. Maybe it's the profile that got corrupted.

Also have you re-run the EZDOK configurator after installing the patch ?

THIS ^^

Anytime you change/mod/add a new plane you have to run the config'er

Anytime parts of a plane are missing.. thats a sure sign to run it again, and it will fix everything back to normal. Also.. make sure you save your cams after you have everything the way you like it. If it all goes to crap, you can at least reload them.
