Hi all,

 

I have a GTX 285 connected to a TH2GO digital edition which is connected to 3 x 24" Samsung monitors. The GTX 285 can itself drive two monitors. If I add another card (a less powerful Nvidia card), could I connect one of three monitors to that and the two to the GTX 285, thus getting rid of the TH2GO?

 

The idea behind this is to improve the resolution or will it have a negative impact?

If you want to do this, I would suggest adding an equal card for SLI or just replacing your card with a 6-series Nvidia card which has native 3 monitor support and greater performance right off the bat.
