Vacation so far.

So for the past month and a half I've been on vacation in Washington D.C, Paris, and currently in KL Malaysia at the moment. I thought I would share my pictures and my oh so wonderful landing at CDG.

This wasn't even the worst flight we had. The Emirates A380 we took from CDG to Dubai intl was so bad the person infront of me was using a paper bag to breath in. Landing we bounced a few times :S

How was the A380 to travel on?

Hope you had a good time in DC. I probably passed pretty close to you in DC, since I'm there all the time for work.

lol, Washington D.C was really fun but was really cold one of the days. Where do you work there? Dulles Airport?

The A380 was amazing to fly on. -800 Series. Other than the extreme turbulance it was good. Flight from dubai to KL was smooth. I assume pilots were new as both landings in it we hit the ground pretty hard.

I used to, but I quit that job a while ago for various reasons. I work halfway between DC and Dulles now for a computer training firm. I fly out of JYO, which you probably flew right over after departing IAD (if the departure was on runway 30, or to the south).

Hard landing doesn't always mean new pilot.

If it's windy, you should plant it. If you're just having an off day, you can plant it on accident. Beyond that, some argue that it's a lot better to plant it firmly than try to grease it.
