How can a Passenger or Cargo aircraft be different in terms of basic and deluxe? They will have only partially cockpits specialized for pax and freight? And why are now only Basic aircraft available? No Maule and no Hawaii pack until now, only warbirds.

No Maule and no Hawaii pack until now, only warbirds. Those are presets. Various presets will show the same aircraft. It's not that every preset has unique aircraft, as you seem to be thinking. The Maule will be seen (I suppose) when you select Cargo, Passenger and Deluxe. You can filter the list on various keywords, so to speak.
