AA 4X but Jaggies far away

Featured Replies

Hi, I want to know what I need to do to make the yellow taxy center lines in the distance not so jaggy even when I have 4X AA on in FS9. When I get close to them they are nice and smooth, its when they are far that it bugs...Almost like broken yellow lines in the distance.

Asus Tuf Gaming Plus B550 - Ryzen 7 5800X3D - Asus GeForce 4080 RTX OC Edition - 64GB DDR4 (3600Mhz) - EVGA 850W Power Supply - 2X 1 TB NVME PCIE gen 4 - Windows 11 (25H2)

on my ATI video card, i turned off "application settings" in the Catalyst Control Center and the problem went away.

Almost like broken yellow lines in the distance.

Unfortunately ... it's no cure for that ... IMHO

This is what Im talking about...really annoying and does not look good, with my older ATI card it was never this bad.

When I turn on the FS9 internal AA, which I never did in the past, The jaggies look nicer and smoother from the distance. Wonder if there is an advantage with AA turned on via FS9 even thought nvidia control panel has it set to override application settings
