June 24, 201213 yr Way back in the mists of time (FS95?) I seem to remember that when in spot view the aircraft used to dissappear into the clouds. Why does that not happen any more I ask myself - it was so good to see. regards What I meant was that clouds would come and go between the viewer and the aircraft as in real life so the aircraft would disappear behind clouds and then reappear once the clouds had pasted. It was very nice to see. June 24, 201213 yr Too many aircraft were lost back then. ^_^ More seriously, I think one could edit that feature into the config files of FSX or use some soft like EZCA. A 'world cam' or something comes to my mind.
