While doing a de-frag I noticed some very large FRAPS files listed as movies and some as screenshots. After deleting them (39gbs) I looked at the FRAPS Settings. Well, the HotKeys for movies were F9 and screenshots F10. The same keys you use to go between views on FSX. I disabled them. However, on a new install/update they may be re-enabled.

That'll get you. I have screenshot to PrntScrn key and movie capture to Scroll Lock. This way it's pretty intuitive for me and I get a light on my keyboard when I'm recording a movie :)

I use the ~ key for Movies. That way videos dont get started inadvertantly. # for screenshots, which is highly unlikely to get pressed for anything else.
