I'm not sure what you're looking for when you say "works with", but with LinkGPS=On set in your rxpgns.ini, the 430 will update displays with current flight plan legs and so forth - much as though you'd loaded the flight plan in FSX.

 

It takes into account the road layout ?

 

Not exactly sure what you mean here.

You must manually add the line to the INI.
