The question is can I run fsx with ultimate graphics like gex,rex ess, pmdg 37 and some sceneries? how much I get frame?

Well, you could definitely run the NGX very smooth, not sure if you could run it with gex and rex on max. settings.

With kind regards, Bogdan Misko.

See my system stats in my sig. The only significant difference between my system and yours is that I've got the cpu overclocked from base 3.4 to 4.8 with HyperThreading disabled. The system is extremely stable. I get very smooth performance with the NGX, REX-E textures, AS2012 weather and lots of complex sceneries including all of the FSDTs (+GSX).and AS Frankfurt (+AES). Overall I probably average 30-40fps.

You bought a "K" series cpu, so why not OC?
