Air Canada 767/777 Issues

Featured Replies

hey people,

Now, I'm having some troubles with 2 air canada aircrafts. The Boeing 777 has the VC and all the screens were on the aircraft but the displays didn't show anything.

And The 767 won't take off right away (according to me, it took off at possibly 265 knts) and, everything is very blurry. I can't see anything. I thought it was something in the settings that made it blurry but no.

any help is appreciated.

Which aircraft are you using? Some payware, freeware? Perhaps attach some screenshot to show the folks what's happening.

Regarding the 777, it's hard to find a solution without any accurate information about it, but a possible solution might be removing a file called DLL.xml from AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX. Also, you could try to turn off UAC.

Do you know to which 777/767 he's referring to? I don't.

but a possible solution might be removing a file called DLL.xml from AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX.

Why do you recommend to delete the dll.xml? :o A ton of addons need that file running and deleting it won't solve anything by design, especially with having the lack of information in mind. Did you mean the fsx.cfg maybe?

I'm sure you mean well, but perhaps we should wait for more info before we tell guys to delete vital files in FSX which don't get rebuilt automatically. No offence intended.

No I don't know either.

I am recommending this because I suffered from the same problem and I was told to do so. It actually helped and I had never any problems.

Did you check your trim/flaps/weight for the 767?
