FS Recorder isn't recording spoilers?

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

my FS Recorder is not recording the spoilers (except with thrust reverse).

How to fix this Problems?

Thanks for helping.

Manuel Graf

Manuel,

What I have to do is pause the playback right after you start it and arm the spoilers. Instead of manually retracting the spoilers when I originally do the recording, I use a quick burst of throttle to do so. Those two things, in combination, work perfect with FSRecorder.

Thanks!

The spoilers have never worked with the NGX and FSrecorder. I have found that I can get the spoilers to extend on landing automatically if i press shift / before landing during the FSrecorder playback. However, you have to manually retract the spoilers after exiting the runway, as mentioned by the fellow before me.

Another tip, if you do playback with FSrecorder of the NGX departing from the gate and the engines do not start correctly, make sure to reload the aircraft from the aircraft menu at the start of playback. If not, you will hear all kinds of warning bells from the cockpit and the engines never start to spin. This step corrects that and the engines start at the same time you started them during the actual flight.
