FS Water Configurator in P3D?

Does anyone know if FS Water Configurator work in P3D? I have tried it but to no effect. I am assuming that the Shader HSML forler in P3D root is correct setup.

I started to try it but read several threads awhile back that it would not work due to the shaders being used in P3d.

It sure would be nice to get it to work as it was a wonderful add-on.
