It would make sense that the problem was caused by the textures you installed. I would uninstall them and/or contact the author.

Mipmapping has nothing to do with this. It's the underlying mesh showing through. Happens at certain airports. You can try increasing the mesh setting in the menu or look for higher-detail replacement mesh. Sometimes it also goes away if you alter your viewpoint and zoom distance in spot view.Allcott
