[JS41] Engine shutdown on finale

Featured Replies

hello everybody,

sorry for my bad english, but i have a problem with the jetstream, it regularly sometimes happens to me to have an engine (or two) who shuting down on finale, beetween 500 and 2500ft AGL , I do not have overtorque, engine fire, i have engine idle and condition levers in flight position.

Have you any idea why i have this problem?

Thanks

Might be too obvious, but, check to see if you have fuel. You'd also get an annunciator warning if it was low. The only 'weird' thing I can think of is that I found that keeping my mixture controls rich seemed to get rid of a problem with engines shutting down on the ground. May be an FSX bug...dunno...but I always keep them there out of habit now and haven't had a problem with it since.
