Thanks, seems to have worked out fairly well for me so far, particularly upgrade wise, whenever there is an early retirement package offered to senior captains I seem to just make the cut for upgrade to either next fleet or to captain. Had I been just 2 seniority numbers lower when I joined, I'd probably still be stuck on the 320 and wouldn't have been in the first batch of FOs trained on the 330, so fairly lucky all round... ^_^ Ró Rónán O Cadhain.
