Purchased 737NGX some time ago with download, just purchased extended download and CD but dont know were to start download again,

 

Can anyone help.

Try contacting the retailer, or if that doesn't help, the production company as detailed in the box.

You have to submit a support ticket. There's a section in there specifically for the extended download service.

After the ticket is serviced you get an email with the download link.

Thanks for the info, ticket sent and download done. Wish they had told me this when purchasing.
