Rewriting the CFG file for cargo

Featured Replies

Morning,

Is it possible to rewrite the MD11 cfg file to get the default FSX atc to direct the cargo versions to a cargo ramp? The last to time I flew the plane, was directed to a general aviation parking ramp. I am familiar enough if the cfg files to edit them but am not sure if I can substitute cargo ramps for parking or gates.

Thanks,

Mark

Go to Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\PMDG_MD11F and open the aircraft.cfg, in the section of each repaint add these line: atc_parking_types=CARGO, RAMP, MIL_CARGO

I'll give that a shot. Thanks.
