I did a followup video, the AS clouds look so real! And the weather, very good.

 

My n00b question - what's the best way to select a weather station profile in say, the US , a nice big thunderstorm, to another location like, Melbourne? I tried copying the METAR to the edit weather screen, it only seemed to work intermittently. I tried selecting the global Option in the weather radius section, same thing.

 

A fat red button like 'apply this weather globally and fly' would be nice.

 

 

 

Great video(s) Simmo - as far as "moving" weather. I haven't tried this but - AS2012 will use historical weather - try saving the weather and using it at the new airport.
