August 14, 201213 yr Anyone able to get the G1000 to display DME information anywhere? I pulled up the DME info panel, it's on NAV1.. I get an DME ident tone.. (The DME tower is literally 5 miles or so in front of me).. Nothing.. I see no DME information anywhere. August 14, 201213 yr Hi Bill I had to check the Garmin site when I got the PT46 as it did'nt have dme either. I found that on some early models in their cockpit range GPS's that dme was an option!!! I think they all have them as standard now. I wrote a new gauge to include dme in the PT46, Can't fly without it. Paul EGLD
