This reminds me of when Bethesda took their bug riddled but ultra successful games and decided they no longer needed to make another stand alone game, and went to an exclusive online only version instead. MSFS 2024 is like the Fallout 76 of simulators.

The traffic injection is still a joke. I have planes flying around like a beehive when I load at an airport. No rhyme or reason to their placement.

I'ts pretty weird seeing people on 4000 series Nvidia cards and I'm just here with my 2080Ti at ultra settings wondering "What's the problem?"

The few inbuilds planes I've flown are generic looking at best and P3D/FSX textures. The A-10 is one of the worst offenders of this. Everything is just. Basic looking. It was clearly textured for a streaming world and it shows

And I tossed $200 down for an incomplete product. And quite frankly, these inbuilds aircraft are toys at best.

OMG! YES! KDEN is awful on the marketplace. But.. I'm forced to use it now. Enhanced Airport Graphics is another one. That thing is beyond repair and was one of those "let me collect cash while things are hot" early addons. Yet.. Here I am forced to use it.

I just want to disable marketplace addons that are so broken and not designed for 2024 that are forced to "stream" with zero options to disable them. How was this overlooked? The rest of the annoyances I can cope with until fixed.

Perhaps I missed it. Has there been a reason explained for all the key binding changes? Slew used to be just Y. Nope now it's Shift Z Spoilers retract and extend used to be /. Now it's Ctrl N/M

It probably did the same thing in MSFS 2020, they just didn't label it in the startup screen.

Oh I thought you meant none of the actual gameplay screenshots used to sell the game look anything like what the game really looks like. Everything seems to have a haze no matter the weather. There is no detail to buildings, ground textures, ships, water unless you're like two ft away from them. It's just a weird misty mess.

Any market place addons are set to "streamed" with no option to turn off addons you bought. I don't want enhanced airport graphics enabled for example but it's set to "streamed".

Now that the streaming is working correctly and not sitting in a line. I'm just happy to have gained nearly 400GB of free space back on my drive and if I ever need to reinstall it will take less than an hour, instead of over 24hrs Money grab? No, I would have to eventually buy a new SSD the way 2020 was headed with it's bulging size. 2024 is saving me money.

Philadelphia is still eleven years out of date. The Comcast Technology Center, a 1,120ft tall skyscraper that started construction in 2013, and complete in 2018 still doesn't exist at all in the sim. It's literally the symbol of the city and nope.. Adobo can't be bothered

Is it just me or is the daylight lighting making everything. Washed out looking? The contrast in the ground seems dull at best. The colors really aren't "popping"

It does appear they resolved the issue. No wait waiting. Activated the packs, main menu and flying. Edit: I take that back. I relaunched it to see the true loading times and... Queue.

If this goes on much longer I'm doing a charge back. I don't take kindly plopping down $200 for a product I can't use

Over 12hrs and $200 later. I still can't even get to the main menu. I'd rather play Fallout 76 on launch day at this point. At least I get to play. Something.

The fact the "You are in a queue" loading screen even exists tells me they literally knew they were ill prepared for the server load.
