MFS2004 Fatality

Featured Replies

Hy Guys/Dolls, I hate to appear dumb, But I confess I am totally lost. I posted a couple of days ago,

I've been running mfs2004 with my favorite aircraft "Level-D 767-300 Winglet version" for more that

a year. Last week I tried to uninstall some "add-on scenery (dealing with tarmac/runways showing up

black), since then whenever I try to start mfs2004 this error message appears "Aircraft Initialization failure DTX 3 Level D simulations B767-300 Winglet Delta airlines current Livery". I have uninstalled

I believe every file and folder associated with Level-D 767-300 and mfs2004. The message is still

appearing after I reinstall microsoft flight........ Please help me, I need to get back in the sky.

Aircraft initialization failures are typically the result of your default flight not being able to find the specified aircraft.

Usually you can click past that warning and the sim will load the default C172.

If you can indeed get into the sim try re-setting your default flight.

Or you can open your FS9.cfg and find the Situation= line and delete everything on that line after the = sign.
