August 25, 201213 yr I need to register for support so I can get a little assistance setting up ASE on a network. I cannot create an account because I do not know my ASE key and order number. My ASE installation was upgraded from ASA and I believe Jim provided me with the files back in 2010. Or, maybe he game me a download link. Either way, I don't have the purchase information for ASE, only ASA. I sent this info to HiFi and this was the response. "Your ticket has not been accepted into the system. You are required to create an account before you can create any tickets via email. Please register at the following URL: http://support.hifitechinc.com Once registered, you will be able to submit tickets directly by sending us an email. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Support Center: http://support.hifitechinc.com" What do I do now?
