When I first load a flight plan into AS2012 w/ SP1 (also same problem with previous patches) and it prompts me after to install a graphics snapshot, I select okay, the box closes, and nothing happens.

 

I have to load the plan again and this time it correctly starts the graphics snapshot process.

I think this only happens when I check the box "estimate top of descent" then let it generate the plan, and try and install the graphics.

The developers are aware of this problem, but I don't know if they have yet found a proper solution. In the mean time, there is an easy workaround. When the graphics install box appears, wait for at least ten seconds before pressing the install button. Then it should load ok.
