Windows Prepares Prepar3D

Recommended Posts

After installing the latestP3D v1.4, every time I start P3D I get a message saying:

Please wait while Windows configures Prepar3D

then

Gathering required information

After that is done the program starts, but next time I start up. the same message appears.

What hafe I done wrong? How can I fix the problem?

Have you tried reinstalling? Sounds like something didn't get finalized.

Got that when I attempted to remove default aircraft from Simobjects folder (aka disable them). Apparently P3D didn't like not having it's default A/C.

Thanks Word Not Allowed, that solved the problem. What I did was to copy the FSX aircrafts over to P3D and the Airbus 321 was then "doubled" with P3D:s Commercial Airliner. I deleted that folder and....... problems. Now I deleted the FSX A321 folder instead an now it works fine again.
