September 9, 201213 yr Just wondering if they are still in business as I have requested an unlocking key via two e-mails, with no response to either one. I sent them to: [email protected] and [email protected]. Their response in the past has been very quick, usually within 24 hours. These requests are going on 4 days now. Thanks

October 1, 201411 yr Just curious the last time anyone activated with Serge? I had to re-install to support Win7 as the GTX970 I got for other games had no XP support but haven't heard back for 5 days now. Similar to the OP I sent emails to activation@ and support@ but haven't heard anything back... Anyone have an alternative contact address? Anyone else register recently? Thank You...
