I just noticed (has it always been like this??!!) that when flying at night, the red and white end of runway lights (only these, not any of the other runway markings, but at all airports) float above the ground by a foot or two, and so move around, 3D fashion, as you scan view. How can I lower them all and 'fix' them to the tarmac? Thanks,Martin S.

Hi,If you mean either the lights at the very end of the runway or the VASI/PAPI lights these are normally on short stands, and thus should be above the ground.
