Well, I guess it's just a matter of copying that "original" AF texture (from your first post) to the to the package, and then you add the entry for that livery in the aircraft.cfg(which can be copied from the original cfg, except for renumbering the [fltsim.0] to whatever is next in the aircraft.cfg of the package.

I tired that in the body to the plane was black....The textures for the wings and engines worked but thats it.

Well, I'm afraid, the only way to work around that would probably be playing with the viewpoint numbers in the aircraft.cfg of your "original" d/l. Remember to back up your changes before, though(simple way is to copy the original line and paste it with "//" in front of it). Also see this link for further advice on how to change the numbers.
