Has anyone had any experience using "SupportMyFS", which is a professional flight simulator techsupport?

It looks like you can either "chat", call on the phone or even have them connect with your computer remotely.

I have had OOMs and was thinking of getting them to help with the problem. They claim that you don't have to pay unless they fix the problem.

Seems a bit pricey to me. Taking into account that, as Jan has already stated, you can have all the support you want here on Avsim.

The OOM fix is already here.
