Blocked at 15fps in SLI

Featured Replies

Hello guys I think I will need some help.

I don't know what is happening but I'm stucked at 15fps no more and no less ... ROCK and SMOOTH 15 FPS even if I remove everything 15FPS.

it is like FSX is taking the hand on the FPS and I cannot change anything... strange.

I have deleted fsx.cfg. Tried everything....

Here is my SLI config, I used one from someone who has SLI working... don't know why mine doen't

SLI%20Settings.jpg

I was having 30fps Locked and Smooth but as soon as I put the second card it drops directly to 15fps (no more no less)...

It seems that I have fixed it (so for your information)

I Desactivate SLI - re-start - use Windowed VSYNC FIX (without it no FPS Gain, thx for the fix it works!)- used two monitor and by magic the FPS went up to 30 fps then I put SLI again and it worked at 30 fps again ...

Did not tried full screen yet ... but I will soon

THAT IS REALLY REALLY STRANGE !

Spec:

2600k at 4.8Ghz

580 GTX SLI

8Gb RAM

Win 7 64bits

Thank you for your support.

FSX can't use that second card. - You might as well sell it.

I'm using it to play 3 monitors.

I'm able to get 30fps with two SLI card surround mode however I get only 17fps if I only use one card and a TripleHead2GO.
