Removed IHS from my 3770K and scratched the one of the corners . What do you guys think ? Do i need to order a new one ?

That is the silicon base of the CPU. You likely did no damage beyond a cosmetic scratch... Don't worry about it.

It's fine. My own looks worse than that because I used a crappy razor blade attached to a handle instead of a fresh, bare blade. The other 3 I've done look great in comparison.

Roger that , now I can sleep in peace . Well all the parts are in couple of days of sanding and ill report back . Looking forward to this build , def more excited then my last 980X build.
