I'm searching a lof of sceneries

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I'm new on the forum, so I don't know where can I post this post :

So, I need some sceneries :

- A Egypt Piramyd scenery ( in HD )

- A " Grand Canyon " scenery ( in HD ).

And all the great places which should be good to see in HD ! ( Mashu Pichu, Maya's Temple etc... ) I take all the propositions, of all the nice places !

All these sceneries in HD please !

Payware or freeware, at least it's in HD !

Thank's FOR ALL !

You will find that most of the world has not been accurately modeled for Flight Simulator and that there is, or was, a lot to be done.

First, you don't mention if you are using FS 9 or FS X. Probably there is a lot more choice available for FS 9.

And also it is not clear what you mean exactly by high definition. Is it the ground textures, the scenery objects, everything?

That is generally the most difficult type of scenery to create, so mostly commercial packages are done, not freeware. And commercial add-ons just about always are offered for parts of the world where there is the most demand,

Which means that, apart from the Grand Canyon in Arizona, you will have a hard time finding any scenery for what you want.

I sympathize with you because I too like those places (and they are even on my list of future projects, including also the tepui of Venezuela, the Sierra Madre Occidental of México - with the Barranca del Cobre, the Copper Canyon, that is longer, wider, and deeper than the Grand Canyon - and many other such interesting areas.)

Good luck on your search. Perhaps searching Google and the major enthusiast web sites libraries will get you results.

Best regards.

Luis

Hey,

Yeah sry for the fact there are not a lot of informations.

It's for FSX and it's HD for everything. I know it takes a lot of GB on the hard disk, but my FSX is installed on an Extern hard disk. So I have 400GB free.

I found the GEX for the ground etc... I don't see a lot of difference. Maybe it has to be activated.

Thank's. For the Niagara's fall it's done, I made a video. Now I search Grand Canyon etc...
