On a few occasions lately I have found that after having loaded Active Sky 2012 then FSX, although I can hear transmissions from ATC they cannot hear me. I am flying on line with VATSIM using the PMDG 737NGX.

 

I have checked out my mic and connections and they are in order.

 

As a test, I did not load Active Sky at all, then loaded FSX and on these occasions my transmissions were ok.

 

A bit puzzled by this behaviour. I wondered if any other member had come across this problem?

I can transmit on Vatsim with Activesky running.

 

I use Squawkbox, are you using FSInn?

 

I have spacebar assigned as push to talk and it works fine.

 

The only thing Activesky does with radio that I know of is the ATIS it provides on 122.00, but try changing your hotkey maybe it's a hotkey AS is picking up..
