I've done the magnetic update fix and at least when I flew yesterday I did not have the issue.

 

Unfortunately I haven't had time to look for it in the manuals yet, and probabl won't today either, but I'll see if I can give it another go tomorrow.

Does someone decides this issue?

The vapor cycle cooling shouldn't be used in flight and will cause the HDG annunciator if it is.

Just wondering why the problem does not occur when I use FS2Crew.

HDG annunciator lights on,and  FO and CAPT. EHSI have more 10 degrees difference.
